STAR TOUR:
Go Star Wars in the Walt Disney Theme Parks
The Star Tour attraction is available in all Disney Theme parks around the globe (Anaheim CA, Orlando FLA, Paris and Tokyo). The idea is that you seek out the Star Tour Intergalactic Travel Agency for a ride to Endor. Be prepared for events like asteroid fields, tractor beams and an eccentric captain not in the Han Solo league.

The attraction opened first in Anaheim in 1987 and (to our knowledge) it doesn't yet incorporate storylines from the Prequels Trilogy (Episodes I, II and III). Speculations on an upgrade have been circulating among theme park buffs for some time and a number of (young) guests and Star Wars fans have voiced a wish for one arguing that the attraction is "outdated" and/or "incomplete". We don't know if the presence of a Naboo postcard in the gift shop is an indication of future developments, but at least the card comes with our warmest recommendations (see last pic in the snaps section below .
