View Full Version : Leno Screen shots
Hi Gang,
I thought I would contribute some Leno shots that I got last night. Harry was very animated, happy mood, not drunk this time, and shared some info about his two youngest children. He only got withdrawn once when Jay asked about Cali, but he seemed, for a split second, testy about a comment Jay made about his daughter Georgia. Something about Josh Hartnett (or to Georgia "hotnett") comming on to her. Josh is about 25 and Georgia is 12, so I can see why he would get mad. Jay of course immediately apologized, exclaimed it as a joke, so Harry just went with it. But for a moment, it seemed like Harry thought this conversation was quickly dwindling... I honestly felt embarrassed that Jay said that! And about the movie, Harry seems to be very satisfied with it... more so than he seemed about K19. They showed a very funny clip-- which Harrison said was one of the serious parts LOL. We all have reason to get excited about this film I think!!!
Well here are the screen caps...
and the final one of the 75 screen caps I got this time!!!:
These are the best ones I think...
Thanks Caitlyn,
The show last night was really funny. Harrison has such a great
comedic side to him with a side of sarcasm. He looked just so
sexy. I'm glad he went back to his usual hair style. Much younger
and more appealing. Great pics.
See you in the chat room at 4pm.

Beautiful caps Caitlyn! Thanks SO much for sharing them!
You know, about that awkward moment, I thought it had something to do with Harrison commenting about the age difference between Josh and his daughter. I cringed because I thought Jay was going to make some snarky comment about Harrison and Calista's age difference. Jay showed real restraint there passing that opportunity up. Phew!

Great job! Your pictures are often the highlight of the day. I did get to see the Leno show and I don't often get to see Harrison's TV appearances, because I never know when my mom will need me. I'm her caregiver and when she needs help , she gets it. Everything stops until she's OK. So, your pcitures often give me a glimpse of what I mussed. Thanks!
Hey thanks for the appreciation... esp Lady Sophia... that is sweet to do for your mom! I will definitely think of you when I post new caps!
Cheers,
Cait.

I saw Harrison on Jay Leno and I must agree his hair is looking better. I always said he loves comedy and I think he is more relaxed when he can show it. Go Harrison! Thanks for the pictures. Rose/Chicago
Of course Jay Leno is going to make a joke about Josh and Georgia -- he's a comedian. And it's Harrison who gave him the bait by stating that Georgia refers to Josh as "Hotnet" (or something like that). And I'm sure a 13 year old girl would LOVE such a sexy fellow to make a pass at her, if only for fun (I would have loved my then-idol to do so to me.). Lighten up, Harrison! I don't intend to be mean-hearted or suggest that he start dating your daughter for heaven's sake... but Josh is a mere 13 years older than your daughter! You're 22-23 years older than Calista. See the humor in it and lighten up!

Fathers lost their sense of humor when there're jokes about their daughter ! Believe me.

Excuse me for the mistake, I mean fathers alway lose their sens of humor in this case !

that is Harrison's sense of humor - dry, but definitely playful. That's why he emphasizes the cranky responses in regard to Josh and Georgia and esp. Josh. That is one of his ways of making fun!!!

These pictures are great!!! You probably noticed that in the third and fourth picture, Harry looks a little ticked off. Is that when Leno mentioned Josh and Georgia? Thank you so much for these, Caitlyn! I missed watching it, because I was cramming for finals (yuck).
It looked to me like Harrison and Jay were just playing around with the Georgia/Josh comment. Jay made a joke and Harrison reacted the way anyone would to a joke like that. I don't believe Harrison was in any way angered by the comment.
Sometimes it seems people think Harrison has no sense of humor. Kinda like the whole ET interview with the kiss. I thought the joking attitude was very obvious (and ET played up to the humor), but then I read an article where it was taken seriously and Harrison was made out to be some jealous idiot when all he was doing was having a little fun.
Sorry to stray off the original topic, but it's a little late and I'm rather tired and this has been bugging me for a while now.

Actually Melissa, YOu are right, Harrison has a great sense of humour, albeit a little dry and sometimes hard to read.
But if you taped it, watch the very first second after Jays comment. Harrison stops speaking, goes stone-faced, (right about the time my heart drops into my stomach offsetting the instant nausea), and right about the time the audience moans... this is just before Jay starts apologizing for such a crude joke...
It only lasts a second-- one second to get an instant flash of lets say defensiveness-- not necessarily anger. I mean it was a CRUDE joke. I mean who says that type of thing to a father about a 12 year old little girl. I know my father would have slugged the guy!
I am just saying it took Harrison a moment to get the joke and I don't blame him for the fact that it was really a b--aaa--d joke.
Thats what I got out of it... I, myself, went in shock for what Jay said! My reaction was similar if not worse than Harrison's But in the end Harrison saw that it was supposed to be humourous and lightened up.... and said: "iky!" But no father likes to think of some 25 year old "thinking" or coming onto their 12 year old daughter. I mean thats just wrong.

Okay, now I have actually heard the Jay Leno interview (thanks to Caitlyn :) Thank you sooo very much!) and now it seems as if most of it was really light-hearted and humorous, albeit I couldn't actually SEE Harrison's face at the moment of the Georgia/Josh comment. I think my dad would have gotten defensive if someone made a comment like that to him. It was great to hear those three sound clips. Thanks again, Caitlyn! You are awesome!
