and, oh yeah, what's this an ad FOR? and where can i get it?!? _(now that i think of it, that sentence could be taken two ways.....or maybe even three... Harrison himself, the product he's endorsing, aaaaand the magazine(s)?!)

This is an ad advertising the sunglasses that can be purchased from the shopping channel, QVC, to benefit research for Multiple Sclerosis. Harrison's eye color doesn't change, but the people in charge of the pictures sure seem to enjoy manipulating it. Have one magazine where his eyes are bright blue.

DaniFordFanatic,
Harrison's eye's are Hazel that's why they appear to be a different color sometimes. I'm not an expert on Hazel eyes, but I've known a few people with Hazel eyes and my niece also has Hazel eye's. Sometimes, they look brown, sometimes grayish blue or green. I think it depends on the amount of light or kind of light hitting the eyes, plus other factors.

yes, DaniFord, you are correct. My husband has Hazel eyes, and in the morning they look blue/green -- more green than blue. Then as the day progresses they turn more of a Hazel color. Very sexy!! (yes I am speaking of MY HUBBY not Harrison - he's cute too)

Mood will change eye color, too. My sister and I both have "blue" eyes according to our driver's licenses, but they're really blue/green. When emotions are running high, our eyes get greener. Must be the blood supply or something. My parents and brothers have classic blue eyes and theirs get lighter.

There are scenes in Air Force One, close ups during confrontations, where you can notice this.

We gave my parents a big screen tv for their 50th anniversary, and yes, I like to sit too close to it. ;)

Whip, I have heard the same thing. It has something to do with increased blood circulation and blood pressure.

I am with you, Whipcracker. My eyes can look blue, green, turquoise, or even violet, depending on my mood, what I wear, the lighting, etc. It's something I share with only one sibling, and there are six of us total. We both also have a little brown spot on one eye...hers on the left one, mine on the right. The only other family member with this weird trait is an uncle, that we know of. Someone once said we have "blue hazel" eyes.

Sierra, I'm a member of the same club. Sometimes if I'm wearing yellow and the light's just right, my eyes are even a light golden brown. (My dad used to say I had "witch hazel" eyes! :p ) My brother's got greenish-blue eyes that never change & medium brown hair, and my sister has Mel Gibson blue eyes - and very dark brown almost black hair (a striking combination). Although it's fairly apparent that we're siblings, I'm the only blonde, and also the only one WITHOUT naturally curly hair. We're all inherently thin, but of varying heights - my bro is 6'1", my sis is 5'3", and I'm 5'6". Ain't genetics grand!

You are so lucky to get that elusive "thin gene"! I have to work at it...and I'm only 4'11", so that compounds the problem immensely. Five pounds on me is like adding twenty to most frames of average size. My siblings range in height from 6'2", my late brother- to 4'11", my eldest sister and myself...we are the munchkins, with all the other girls coming in at 5' 3" or so. Yet we all have a very strong facial resemblance to my Dad. Some siblings are inherently thin as you are, some are like me, and have to watch every morsel. (Why couldn't I be one of the lucky ones?)

I just wonder why it's not on the QVC cure by the shore site. That'd get people excited!
