...maybe...becuz she didnt feel like being an ENVIROMENTALIST TONITE and would have prefered to strectch her pink do in something stretchable like a limo. (guys just dont THINK) guys please laugh....

I'm thinking they were running late (hence Harrison holding her purse)

They were one of the last to arrive and we all know how Harrison is funny about this sort of stuff

I can just hear him now "come on Calista....hell, give me that purse and LET's GO"

I was a bit concerned with the fact that all the guys seem to be jumping on the combed back mullet bandwagon.... and Kathy Bates can go away with her LOTR comments.

Other than that Steve Martin was great, the Bowling for Columbine speech just annoyed me (there's a difference between 'let's pray for peace' and 'George Bush is a blah blah blah and I thought that speech was in bad taste and disrespectful as it lumped the rest of the audience in with his views when it was obvious many of them disagreed).

Harrison was looking happy and relaxed. I think he even got more headshots than Jack Nicholson (who I swear wears those glasses so he can sleep through the whole thing ;))

I loved the "gay" and "straight" joke...I was quite shocked when they showed Harrison in that sequence...but VERY pleased at how many times they did show him in close-up - he looked so relaxed and really seemed to enjoy the evening. Can't say the same for Calista...and that dress wasn't flattering...color, yes, cut, no.

alright, I just have to say I think Jack Nicholson has the MOST fun of any actor!!!!!!!

I agree about Jack. He always looks like he just doesn't give a rat's a** about anything!
