Greg had the pleasure of meeting Harrison outside The Actor's Studio when Harrison was arriving to appear on show. The shirt he is holding is the original shirt Harrison wore in Blade Runner. According to Greg, Harrison was excited to see his old shirt and he even spent some extra time checking it out. Note: Greg was also the owner of the jacket that Harrison had worn in Blade Runner and he recently sold it on eBay. Some other major movie sites covered this event. "I work for US Sen. Feinstein in Wash, DC. Back in 1995, HF came to testify before the East Asian affairs subcommittee of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Since my boss was on the committee then, a co-worker and I found out the details and crashed the hearing. HF was there with his wife to describe the conditions they found while in Tibet. After the HF segment of the hearing, I caught up with HF in the hallway and asked for an autograph. I'd never been so nervous! That had to be one of the coolest moments ever. He was very nice about signing for everyone who asked." -Jody |
